Learn to create cool folder icon.

First create new image and fill it in white. Select the selection tool and set it to rounded rectangle. Make selection on canvas and fill it with #132955.

Now set the selection toll to to rectangle, make another selection inside the blue area, fill it white and add a drop shadow of about 3 pixels.

Create a new layer. Now again set the selection tool to rounded rectangle. Make another selection to look like this:

Hold down the SHIFT key , to add a selection and drag to create another on the right side of the one you just created.

Now set the foreground to gradient color from #132955 to #264586 and fill the selection.

Now you can add some drop shadow to selection.

Now merge all the layers and that is it. You can write some text on it and resize it.
