Learn how to easily and quickly create modern background.

Step 1.

Create new image and fill in with nice gradient. I used colors #3f7fe3 and #264586.

Step 2.

Create a new layer. Select the selection tool and set the selection type to ellipse and create selection that will go outside the image.

Step 3.

Use Airbrush tool and black and white color to paint inside the selection like this:

Step 4.

Now apply Gaussian blur with radius 40.

Step 5.

Set the layer Blend Mode to Overlay and Opacity to 50.

Step 6.

Duplicate the last layer and use Pick Tool to stretch it and move it.

Step 7.

Now repeat all the steps from 2 to 6 as many time you want until you get the desired image. After that merge all the layers.
